4. Client Responsibilities

Notifying us of any special requirements or considerations prior to the commencement of services.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule services subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Rescheduling: Clients can request to reschedule services, subject to availability.
Fees: Failure to cancel or reschedule within the stipulated time may result in a fee equivalent to a percentage of the service cost.

6. Liability

Hoarder Clearance London commits to providing services with due care. However:

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the Property unless caused directly by our negligence.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all hazardous materials are disclosed prior to service commencement.

7. Insurance
